It did not count against your month. Try again. If it fails twice, write to us with the band name.

Reshoot your photocard from your card in the band. A clear, front-facing selfie in good light works best.

Sign in with Apple in the You tab. Your band and your plan come with you. Restore purchases on the plans screen if the plan does not show.

Subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Delete your account from the You tab.
